A Bulgarian PVC profile with 3 and 4 chambers, made in Shumen and developed with engineers from the institute in Rosenheim, Germany.
Made in Bulgaria
The Viva Plast profile is made by VIAS EOOD of Shumen, the company that opened the first PVC profile factory in northern Bulgaria. It was developed, designed and tested with engineers from the German institute in Rosenheim, using German and Austrian technology, tools and materials.
The high-quality materials contain no lead: the profile is environmentally harmless and meets the standards for a clean environment.
A surface that does not change
The 3- and 4-chamber Viva Plast systems have the highest class of surface gloss. Exposed to sharp changes in the weather – humidity, average monthly temperatures above 35 °C and down to −10 °C, changing air pressure, acid rain – the profiles keep their shape, surface, gloss and colour.
Insulation against cold, water and noise
The profile gives high heat and water insulation even in the harshest climate. The TPV gasket fitted in production insulates better against water, cold and noise at temperatures from −50 to +70 °C.
A 24 mm glazing unit is used. A steel reinforcing profile in the middle chamber keeps the structure rigid.
Colours and certificate
The profile is laminated with foil and suits any interior. We offer it in three colours: white, golden oak and mahogany.
Viva Plast profiles are certified to ISO 9001.
