Prices and warranty
All joinery is made to measure, so the price is worked out for the actual window. Here is what determines it, and what we guarantee after fitting.
What the price depends on
- The size – the width and height of the unit.
- The type and make of profile – aluminium or PVC; Viva Plast, Aluplast or Thyssen Inoutic.
- The number of chambers in a PVC profile – 3 or 5.
- The glazing unit – double or triple, with plain, tinted or low-emissivity glass.
How to get a quote
Send us the sizes through the enquiry form or call +359 894 732 814. For the same window we can price several options – for example a 3-chamber Viva Plast or Aluplast profile and a 5-chamber Thyssen Inoutic – so that you can compare.
Sample configurations
Six common windows and balcony doors. Sizes are in millimetres; the lines inside a sash show that it opens, and they meet on the handle side. If your opening is similar, mention it in your enquiry.

What it covers
The warranty covers defects that appear in normal use within the warranty period because of faulty materials or workmanship. We repair all such defects free of charge.
For any question about the service or use of joinery we have fitted, please contact the staff at our office. We also service joinery after the warranty has expired.
When it may be refused
- The instructions for use and maintenance were not followed, or the damage comes from heavy soiling – including damage to hardware, hinges, locks and handles caused by built-up dust.
- The product was used for something other than its purpose.
- A repair was attempted by someone not authorised by Alpina Plast EOOD.
- The damage comes from a break-in or a natural disaster.
- The damage was caused by carelessness or deliberately by the user.
