Aluminium without a thermal break
So-called “cold aluminium” – for partition walls and other interior structures. We work with Alumil systems.
For interior structures
Aluminium profiles fall into two groups – with and without a thermal break. Aluminium conducts heat well, so profiles without a thermal break, also called “cold aluminium”, suit partition walls and other interior structures, while exterior glazing uses profiles with a thermal break.
A wide choice of glazing beads and rubber gaskets allows single glazing with 4 mm glass or glazing units of different thickness.
Why aluminium
Aluminium is light, resistant to corrosion, easy to maintain and long-lived. It is environmentally clean and keeps all its qualities when recycled.
Strong and light at once, it needs no extra steel reinforcement to carry a load. That makes it ideal for interior and façade structures: frames, cabins, partitions, roof structures and winter gardens.
It needs no painting and does not warp or rot, and its stability means many years of trouble-free use.
Frames and sashes
The aluminium systems are designed to give complete and affordable solutions. We offer a variety of straight and rounded frames and sashes.
Colours
From the factory the aluminium profiles are white. They are powder-coated in more than 200 colours of the RAL Classic chart – matt or gloss, classic or metallic, or with a wood or marble effect. See the RAL colour chart.
